Quotes are valid for the period stated and are not guaranteed beyond that period.

3. Results and No Guarantee

Hydroseeding results depend heavily on factors outside our control, including watering, weather, soil conditions, foot and animal traffic, and ongoing maintenance by the property owner. While we use quality materials and proven methods, we cannot guarantee specific germination rates, coverage, or timelines unless expressly stated in a written agreement. Proper watering by the customer is essential; failure to follow our watering and care instructions may significantly affect results and may void any germination assurance we offer.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate information about your property and project;
Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area;
Mark or disclose any underground utilities, irrigation lines, sprinkler heads, pet containment systems, or other hidden features prior to work;
Follow the watering and care instructions we provide after application;
Make payment according to the agreed terms.

5. Payment

Payment terms will be specified in your quote or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the work. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to additional fees and collection costs as permitted by law.

6. Scheduling and Weather

Service dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, site readiness, equipment availability, and other factors.
